Top-ups and refunds

Top up only in the currency of your wallet. A payment creates regular funds after confirmation. Test funds may be granted by an administrator; they are spent first and cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Only the unused portion of confirmed eligible payments can be refunded. A refund is returned through the original payment method and in the original payment currency. For historical payments made in another currency, the stored conversion ratio for that payment is used rather than the current exchange rate.

If a refund is unavailable or its amount looks incorrect, contact support and include the payment date and identifier.
